North Cherokee WMA

[Mississippi Boy]

I'm itching to get into the woods even if I can't hunt anything. I was just wondering if any of you could give me info about hunting in this area. I'm completely new to hunting mountains but I'd like to get out and scout some for the upcoming spring. Do ya'll know what the regulations (open hunts vs draws, bag limits, etc...) apply?

Also, if there is anywhere else within a reasonable distance of Johnson City that is open to hunting I'd love to hear about it. Thanks for any help.
