This is my favorite field dressing spot when convenient. I just back the truck down the creek a little hang the deer off the tailgate. Offal is gone by next day.
My clothes, air drying and sun washing for this afternoon.
Now..., time for bruch. Fish, blackeyed peas, hominy and squash relish.
