Well, I can start reloading nice shiny brass again. I bought a new Hornady case vibrator. My old RCBS finally gave up the ghost after about 8 years of use.

I have a lyman 2400 that quit on me after only 10 or 15 years. Some research turned up a dead motor so I looked around and got a replacement motor. To my surprise it is still working fine. For the record I am not a Hornady fan.

I use corncob media-walnut sticks in the flash hole. I have tried additives....not using any as results don't appear to warrant cost.

I used to have cotton glove inserts that I used to handle tumbled brass. Now I use plastic gloves for all tumbling media.

The Lyman gets a lot less use nowadays....Stainless is now my preferred choice.
