Came into a spot Wednesday and found a scrape in some big timber about 100 yards from the edge of a thicket...well i came in today at 2 to set a cam on it and found 2 more scrapes 20 yards further up this dried up small drainage...so im setting up the cam and walking towards the 2 new ones and review images to see if cam is in a good position well as i was walking back to thr cam i hear a blow and there went the buck at 40 yards....it was traveling down the drainage towards me/scrapes....i reviewed my cam vid and it has me on there watching the buck blow out if there ..

Now that ive told my situation.... Will that buck continue checking those scrapes or did i just goof up everything.....the buck was at least an 8 point....i plan on staying out for atleast 7 days

That buck may or may not. But that has nothing to do with the other bucks that are probably scraping there. Stay away until you are ready to hunt it.

However, I would not count a mature buck coming close. I might look for a spot he is like to check the scrapes from a distance if he would happen to visit in daylight.

You may have scared that buck away (at least during daylight), but most scrapes are used by multiple bucks. Put the camera on one of the scrapes and see what you get.

On one of my best traditional scrapes, I got over a dozen different bucks working the same scrape in the last week, and lots of good action during daylight (mostly mornings).
