Got my first gobblers yesterday and anxious to try! Ive got quite a bit of seasonings but nothing to crazy. Lookin for your basic favorite turkey breast recipe. Thanks in advance

Ill be trying the two you guys recommended this week. Last night I tried one that I modified from online. It was AWESOME! Here it is: marinade a full skinless turkey breast in zesty italian dressing cover completely for 3+ hours. Take a glass cake pan and double layer with tin foil. Sprinkle cajun seasoning, onion powder, and garlic salt in bottom of cake pan. Place turkey breast still covered with dressing into cake pan and sprinkle same seasonings on top with a little olive oil. Melt 1 cup of butter and add to cake pan along with some of the zesty italian dressing marinade, just enough to come up half way on the side of the breast. Cover top of cake pan with tin foil and bake on 350F for aprox 1.5 hours checking and pouring the juices in the pan over the breast every 30min. After 1.5 hours or until meat is cooked thoroughly, remove top tin foil and bake for another 30 min or until top gets golden brown or starts to crust. Remove and cut in to bite size pieces and pour the the juices from the cake pan over top on your plate. I gaurantee you wont be disapointed! Can also add a little liquid smoke on top (we did half and tasted good to). Or could add a sliced lemon to the dish.
