She has killed 3 smaller bucks in the last few years and was happy with them. This year she kinda wanted to get a better one. She helps me with a ton when it comes to deer hunting. She could go by herself but we always go together. We've been in the wrong spot twice in the last 2 days and deer were on camera at the other blind 😄
This guy finally made a mistake and showed up right at last light .
Anyway, he did go about 250 yards before going down but thank God we found him and didn't waste the meat .
17" inside , her best by a long shot.
Probably have a shoulder mount done
Oh , and got a buck out of the same stand on nov 15th last year right at last light. Apparently she only needs to hunt that day next year lol
Glad she got it done before next weekend and it sounds like a war zone.

That's awesome, congrats to both of you. My wife use to hunt when she was younger but now just goes on scouting and prep days. Maybe now that our son is going she will tag along next weekend in hopes of being there for his first.
