Opening of Squirrel Season
Got in the woods just after daylight and had the first squirrel on the ground by 615am. Shot at another and he never fell and dont know where he went after that. Had the owner of the adjoining land go by a few minutes later on his 4 wheeler running off a doe that came within 30yds of me. Moved on to another spot and took to more tree rats and heard deer blowing somewhere within 50yds of me but could never see them and i never heard them run off hopefully they didnt see me. Decided to come home just before 8am so i wouldnt scare all the deer off before hunting season. Could have been more if i would have stayed but i really dont feel like cleaning all them and i have enough for at least sandwhich
