Had my first Kentucky hunt yesterday evening, I'm going to document my season here and see where it goes. Maybe I'll punch a tag maybe not. We'll see. As it stands now I get 2 Sundays a month to hunt while I work at the blue oval project. This wma is 3 miles from my rented apartment. Yesterday was more of a scouting trip but I'm very happy with the results. Found some saddles and they didn't disappoint. Lots of trails and rubs from last year. Found one fresh rub. No deer seen .

Trnr and SKI must be "sangin" all the time. Lol, good eyes

That was dirt bike and girl money when I was a kid! I also picked up cans, mowed lawns, stacked hay, stretched fence, or whatever else somebody would give money for.

True story I once picked up a big snapper that was out sunning as I was walking the railroad track down to the store. I carried that dang thing a mile but it was well worth it. The store owner was renowned for turtle soup. They traded me a case of Pepsi and all the candy I could fit in my pockets! I couldn't have been 10 or 12 years old. Thought I'd hit the jackpot lol
