That's neat. I've never killed a buck I've had on camera. I did have a friend to kill one I had on camera and he had it mounted. I had an 8 X 10 framed picture of the buck made while alive for him to hang next to his mount.

Great looking deer! I was just talking with someone tonight about a buck he killed a few years ago that was making a huge loop at night. Once the guy figured out how he was Tom catn' at night he finally got him. Amazing how much ground they can cover when they want to.
 
That's pretty cool. But why did you even bother to look at the jaw bone? That's like buying a cheap grill thermometer. :) :lol: that deer by the body structure is no older than 2.5, might even be a top end yearling, getting chased off 3 miles by Mack daddy on your neighbors farm. :D

Yep, in tagged radio collared deer some have been tracked to travel 20 miles.....................no one would believe that had it not been done with proof. Awesome!
