there is no public land in murfreesboro that i know of. it had to be private and he did say small tract. My guess is he has a small tract in a suburban area. I wish i had one...

iI work for a developer / homebbuilder. i have hgunted this tract for years, but the big boys are really showing up now. in toital, its about 150 acres of undeveloped land wev own that has about 3000 homes around it. The treelines and thickets it adjoins connect to several million dollar farms that have not beenbought yet. I see houses, hear hammers, cars etc. from where Ihunt.
