Wife killed a respectable 8 this morning, probably 18 inch inside spread, decent size body. Was the deer I had hoped to get my 14 year old daughter on.

Headed to pick him up with the tractor now.

It's been slow for me this morning in Williamson County. Saw only 1 small buck at 1st light and have only heard 1 shot.

They are moving here in monroe county! Seen two spikes and a decent 8. Now if I could just line up a shot.

Wife saw several bucks this morning, said she had a tall big bodied buck walk up on her just before I got to her with the tractor.

Will probably sit for yotes tomorrow morning here. With the warm temps and this one in the cooler, don't think anyone in our family has intentions of going this afternoon.

Here is the wife's backyard 8 as he lay. He was 17 3/4 inches inside the beams, 18 1/4 between the g3's. Pretty decent buck.

I heard 4 or 5 shots total this morning. I didn't see a single deer. The numbers day they weren't moving around here LOL

very slow. Only a few young bucks. Mature bucks are only moving at night according to my cell cams
