Northern Hardin County. Acorns just beginning to fall. Deer are starting to transition to them. Acorn crop looks to be about 60 per cent. Not loaded but several.
Were on the Hardin Wayne line found a lot of acorns this past weekend and about as many cracked as whole... Deer are really hitting them.. They don't seem them quite yet opener will probly be right when there falling good... Probly not a great thing for hunting big expanses of hardwoods...
