White Oak Armament is really good and reasonably priced. A custom by Craddock is going to be hard to beat.

It's not fluted, but my Larue Stealth barrel is the most accurate I've shot aside from my Bartlein.

Most accurate I have is probably the Wilson barrel on my 20 inch rock river varmint, but it's not fluted, it is a heavy bull barrel. I have had great results from ballistic advantage barrels, and they do offer fluted barrels.

If you are trying to improve the accuracy with box ammo, you'll save money by just getting someone to load you some good hand loads.

I'll have to look but I got a flat top upper with an 18'' stainless barrel from palmetto that shocked me. I'm shooting factory 40 grn federal and I could hit a coffee can lid sized gong at 300 repeatedly no problem, I had no idea a semiauto rifle of any kind could do that.

AR platform rifles can be extremely accurate.

You can definitely get better quality and more accurate ammo if you load them.
