Monday Morning Triple! (pics)

UTGrad and I decided late last night (due to a change in his prior plans) that we would go out early Monday and try our luck since we both had scheduled today as vacation day.

Got in stand at 6 am. (yes, I know; a little late). :crazy: First deer to hit the ground was my doe, at 6:08. At 6:36 am, I shot the buck that was chasing the doe I killed 28 minutes earlier.

At 6:58, UTGrad shot a doe from the stand I put him on about 300 yds from me.
A great morning indeed!! Bucks are definitely chasing!!
Thanks, UTGrad, for the help today. It would have been a real job by myself. :crazy:

That was one awesome hunt! That was some beautiful country out there and the deer were definately on the move. Thanks for the great hunt and I guess I'll have to give you some pointers on the golf course to repay you

Yep, i looked at the game charts for movement last night and this am at 6 was peak!!! The first time in over a week that the prediction was for after daylight! Shot my 8 pt at 6 30am!!!
