MoJo Dove Decoys??? Are the Legal in TN

Just curious if the MoJo style Dove Decoys with the motorized wings that spin are legal in TN? Walmart sells them, and I remember back when the MoJo Duck Decoys came out we had great luck with them.

Yes very legal.havent had a lot of luck with mine but i keep on trying different things to make it work lol

I dont have a lot of "perch" places for them to sit. But every time I walk the corn field there are a ton on the ground in the rows. I was thinking having 2-3 of these placed in the field, running may get them to atleast come my direction so I can get a shot.. possibly!

I have had alot of luck with mine.. i think they work best in the late afternoon
