Well Guys , since my 4 wheeler crash on opening day of m/l Season I've been limited too Hunting in my only shooting house.

With limited use of my left arm , I decided to take one of my old T/C caplocks too the woods.

This old gun had been on my trade blanket back in the Summer and still had its price tag hanging on it .

Thus, the Minnie Pearl rifle , I guess that .490 round ball driven by 85 grns of fffg Goex was just too much for this fella'.

It took him about 60 yards to leak out.

I'm surprised you'd use that old purr'cussin gun to hunt deer with. Everybody knows it takes at least 200 grains of BeeHive209 magic dust powder and a 395.25 grain harvest smoker pointy bullet to give em a dirt nap.

Congrats, Bro!...I like her name too.

Nothing wrong using that old TC. Looks like it's in really good shape. Did you get it at Friendship? You done good.

Nope , I've had this one for several years, prior too becoming addicted too flint!

I took it to Friendship to sell on my Trade Blanket, but with the drizzle(6+") over the week end I never got it out of my tent.

This is not our first trip too the woods together... lol

2011 Opening day of Muzzleloader Season .

TC meets another 8 ....

It's a good old gun, with a good clean bore....which the Grandkids could care less about .

Maybe if I painted it black and attached a high capacity mag too it.....
