Minn Kota V2 Power Drive Autopilot

Took my boat to the lake to test out my new trolling motor with Autopilot. Wow! Is the first word that comes to mind. It automatically keeps the boat facing the direction you want to. It's cool watching it move automatically. I found myself fishing more instead of working the trolling motor trying to keep the boat on the same path. Now I wish I had just went ahead and got the ipilot. But, for the type of fishing that I do, this Autopilot is awesome. So far I'm very impressed.

They are great until the battery starts going down, then your trolling motor will become possessed! It will turn in random directions, sometimes spinning in complete circles.

It does make a good indicator to let you know when the battery is becoming weak.

Great while the battery is strong though.
