There use to be some good deer down that way, also use to find deer with the back straps and horns cut off, that was on timber land property you had to have a permit for, probably a lot of locals never bought a permit.

That's good area for deer density… but it will depend upon your neighbors, and that doesn't matter which county, state, etc
One side, high dollar houses with no trespassing signs everywhere. Other side cattle farm. At the back large electrical towers and more cattle.

Hoping to look at it again next week

Sent you a pm. Hunting aside, do your due diligence on land here. Some of the roads don't have enough right of way to run utilities without adjoining landowners permission and they won't give it. Hear a lot of complaints about watts bar utilities as far as water.
