Went to tweak some firearms there a couple of weeks ago. Wanted to give a shout out to Anthony, Jeff and Ben. Very helpful and knowledgeable guys. I had swapped out the old sights on my 30-30 to a zero peep. Had a little trouble getting it right but those guys lined me out. It's an awesome facility with all kinds of different ranges. It's a shame that the only 100 yd range I could find in western Tennessee only open the month of October. It was well worth the drive.

McIvor is fantastic! That's where I do my shooting. So far I've only used the rifle range but I'm going to do some other stuff if I ever get time. All of the staff I've met were great.

When we where down there we went every weekend for a year shooting clays .
It was a great place and the people where awsome. The clay course is one of the best i have shot. Planning a trip back down very soon

I want to go play on the 300 yard range also. The only negative I can find about McIvor, and it's miniscule, is you have to shoot 100 yards or 300 yards. Nothing in between. In a hunting situation 200 yards is as far as I want to shoot so I'd really like to have a 200 yard option. (Yes, I know, practice at 300 and 200 seems like a chip shot.)

Talk with the range master and he will set you up at 200 if alot of people aren't there. At least they would 2 years ago. If you are ever around pearl miss check out turkot i think thats how it is spelled its top notch also .

To sight in at 100 yds, shoot your pistol or pattern your turkey gun, that's the place. Bring and shoot as many rifles as you want and for only $15.00. Plus, got to stop by Hernando and visit kinfolk.
