I picked up this lightly used (but I swear looks brand new) Rem 700 VSSF in 22-250 several months back, just got around to shooting it today. 26" stainless heavy barrel with deep flutes. Gotta love it when the first 5 shot group goes .15" at 100 yards!!! Shot a few more groups during load development, none of which were worse than .5". I forgot my chrono, so I'm unsure of the speed, but I suspect the coyotes are going to be in for a rude awakening. I can't wait to shoot this thing at 300 and see what happens!

Honestly, I don't think I've ever shot one of the senderos or VSSF guns that weren't 1/2 MOA right out of the box.

I have had one for a long time , it now resides in a Choat sniper stock .iT HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY FAVORITE RIFLE SINCE DAY ONE. The throat is worn and the groups are larger now , but it still will outshoot a lot of brand new rifles out there.

Nice gun and great shooter, but that gun is way too heavy, long and bulky to be an ideal eastern predator gun.

I turkey hunt with a 11 lb Rem SP-10 and deer hunt with an 18lb custom :)

This gun is a featherweight :)
