Lovely weather Sunday

My first hunt of the year is planned for Sunday since I have to do a business thing Saturday and now 100% chance of thunderstorms. Just cannot catch a break lately it seems.

Maybe take a ground blind? That is what I'm going to do. I'll probably take some duck tape too to patch any annoying holes.

Glad I have a shooting house, but if the deer dont show it will all be for not. LOL

I think those TS's are in the morning. maybe the afternoon after it lets up may be the ticket.

I had planned to hunt the afternoon anyway with my son and we will be in a blind so unless it is pouring we are going. I know it may sound bad to say "I have to do this" but I run an auto dealership and we are re-negotiating our contract with Scripps and they gave me 3 tickets to their luxury suite in Neyland for the Missouri game and I sort of have to go. Being a 7:30 game if I go Sat morning I will be exhausted at the 7:30 kickoff game and getting home at 12-1 makes it difficult to get up at 3:30 Sunday morning to drive to my spot.

Unfortunately my first morning hunt may be Sunday the 30th but will be going every Tuesday and Sunday thereafter!

I'll be hunting the afternoon. If the storms do roll in in the am the afternoon should be good. They've gotta do their thing at some point.
