I have 375 acres in Bolivar Tn. Mix of pines and hard woods. It has several small 1/2-1 acre fields that can be planted and one big field 15acres. There is a creek that flows through it also. Looking to have 5 total members 900$ each.
If you have a group of guys looking for a place to hunt together that will work too. There are a lot of deer and turkey on this property.
