Butterflied the tails, hit them with some olive oil, sea salt, fresh black pepper, with a sprinkle of smoked paprika. Drizzled the garlic butter sauce on, then squeezed some fresh lemon juice over them. Grilled meat side down for a couple minutes at 350. Flipped, then brushed with the sauce again. Hit them with some more fresh lemon juice and served. Skewered a few tequila lime shrimp and grilled them also.
