Wanting to get started loading some 45ACPs, any suggestion on powder, primers, dies and so on would be helpful. I've loaded for my deer rifles but never any pistol rounds. Thanks

Dies - RCBS they have the taper crimper built in.Set the seater die to your OAL for the bullet/bullets your going to use then set the crimper.Although not needed a Lee Factory Crimp Die can come in handy.

Win 231,Alliant Bullseye,185gr bullets,Win WLP's.

Don't forget to expand the case mouth before bullet seating the first step differnt than rifles then don't foget to taper crimp just enough to allow the slide to close fully(took me several thousand handloads and a couple hundred mis-feeds to figure that out) ALL 4 of my .45 ACP's like AA#5 and 185gr(insert your choice)bullets the most. I usually charge each case with 9.0-10.2 grains of accurate number five and seat either a XTP or Remington Golden Sabre. Good velocity and excellent accuracy through my full-size five inch 1911's
edit:
I like LEE Carbide dies and Winchester Large pistol primers
