I need to get my sons lifetime license before 12/31/21. We did not get a certified birth certificate but have the hospital issued "mothers copy" of confirmation of birth. Will this work?

if it won't work (I'm not sure)

Getting a real copy is as simple as stopping by the health department and paying 15-16 bucks. As long as they were born in Tennessee. Can't remember what documents you may need there though

Just throwing that out there in case you weren't aware.

It is extremely easy.

Good move. I wish we had done this for two grandsons. Never dreamed one of them would be hunting and fishing. Even so, the other would have the license if needed. Son's five kiddos have lifetime licenses.
