License reminder

Just a friendly reminder that the 2014-15 licenses go into effect today with the others expiring at midnight last night. I hate to see anybody having to deal with the court cost issue which IMO is out of control.

In addition, the Sport Fishing Proclamation 13-13 goes into effect today. That includes any changes in creel or size limits. The major changes should be listed towards the front of the Fishing Guide.
