thinkin about the 4-12 for the R15,,it is supposed to be calibrated for 55 gr bullets at 3150 fps,,zero scope at 100 and the elevation knob is marked in yards to 500,,no counting clix or other BS,,range the shot,,dial the yardage marked on the scope and it is supposed to be there,,for a fee they will make the dial for any bullet/mzl velocity combo,..the 69 sierra at 2800 would be way better at 500

make an awesome coyote outfit,,and would work for other scenerios as well..

may just drop the 350 and try it,,

I have the Vari-X III 4.5-14 Boone and Crockett. ITs nice to just set her at 25 yards and dial up the yardage. Great scope and the optics are awesome!

I bought the same scope in 6-18. Have not gotten to try it yet because the rifle that I bought it to go on has not made it home yet. I am biting at the bit!!

I would Love the 1-4 Nightforce,,but I would get an M1A with that kinda money
