They have always been the "cream of the crop"when it comes to customer service. They replaced a pair for me last year that were nearly 20 years old. Exactly why I own about a dozen of their products!
 
A couple of years ago I dropped a rifle (unloaded) from a ladder stand. The scope hit the last step and the objective was destroyed. I told them exactly what happened. They replaced it at no charge.
