Have to give Leupold a thumbs up for their customer service. I was looking at buying another pair of binoculars, sent my bx-3 12x50s in to have them replace the lenses because of scratches, had them 6-7 years. Brand new pair of bx-4 10x50 arrived a couple days ago, didn't costs me anything. Pretty good deal

They have always been the "cream of the crop"when it comes to customer service. They replaced a pair for me last year that were nearly 20 years old. Exactly why I own about a dozen of their products!

A couple of years ago I dropped a rifle (unloaded) from a ladder stand. The scope hit the last step and the objective was destroyed. I told them exactly what happened. They replaced it at no charge.
I agree, been shooting Leupold since 1978, I own several.
