Screwed up system? Call office and ask to buy permits over phone.

It wasn't working early, 8:00am, but I finally got in before 8:30.

i started refreshing at 8:59 est, nothing would come up. kept doing it, about 9:20, 2 hunts popped up, then dissapeared. i left for a meeting at 9:27. From what I take, all the hunts then showed up about 9:30, including the Oak ridge that I was wanting. Very bummed about this one.
