I am trying to purchase my 093 license. The website nor the app will let me. I cant even find it in the list of license. Thank you in advance

Eliminated the auto renew. Can't get the 167 license for my senior 166 license. I figure I have to wait until after Feb. 28th when my present 167 expires.
