Stay away from the field edges where you see the night-time sign and field scrapes. Check out some of the finger ridges heading down into some of those ag fields for buck sign. Also make sure you check out the saddles in those ridge systems. When you find what you are looking for, settle in for a long sit. That is prime time at LBL for some big deer being on their feet looking for some of the first does coming in. You may see him at any time of the day during that period, so it is good to optimize time in the stand rather than hunting early and late and laying around camp.
