During the quota hunts, yes. But you can bow hunt in any unit during the open bow season.

I've been over occupied and missed this draw. I've never hunted LBL, but really want too some day in the future.

It depends on how selective you are on your area. It's not uncommon to get drawn with only one preference point.

Ha! Well it's been a while since I've been to lbl so maybe I picked a "hot" or preferred area and didn't know it. I basically threw a dart at a dartboard blindfolded.

LBL has changed their camping rules......If you plan on backcountry camping, the permit has increased to $50. Hunter permit is the same $25, annual combo is $75. Also made Boswell and Gatlin Point campgrounds as a nightly fee. JFYI

Dang... I love staying at Boswell but $10 a night... not happening.
