Lakes, river, or creeks…

Fished them all. Love a cold creek up north for wild Brook Trout. I grew up fishing a small shallow river for Small Mouth Bass. There is nothing like fishing the natural lakes up north for Walleye. These southern impoundments are tough but I'm learning. The huge catfish are a blast to catch.

Yall east tn guys have it good in the stream fishing dept

You can walk 5 miles and there not be a fish in it and then a 100 yard spot that has several then walk another mile. It is physically exhausting but not bad when it's 120 degrees out.
