Was hot!

I spent 2 days trying to find some deer. All the corn was still standing but I was able to find a patch of alfalfa. The set up was perfect, Im talking TV perfect...with the exception that the deer did not get the memo.

Talk about pinch points and funnels. I was surrounded by standing corn and my set up was on a running creek with the only green feed for miles around.

I was able to tuck into some fresh hay bales.

Standing corn all around. Hoping to have some deer come out from the corn to feed on the alfalfa.

I got a pack that expands to over 7000 cubic inches, gotta fill it some way! Besides, 250yard pokes with a muzzle loader...I can use all the advantage I can get.
