Actually not too bad if you use K1 .
Saved our butts a few times over the years! Got to leave a few windows cracked. Great for garages

this thing is going to be worth its weight in gold once the government bans natural gas.
Grew up with some of those. If you were closer I'd be all over it just for nostalgia
If I can figure out when I can get to Knoxville (from chattanooga) I'll take it.

Worse case, may have to replace the wick, but these heaters are great. Great gesture Phil.
Once I hear when @Daniel n will be in Knoxville, I'll be there the day before to snag it

Have you seen the price of K1 lately? It's way up there. I have a 175,000BTU salamander, you use kerosene in that, but, I use diesel and works great. However, when I lived in Hayden, CO. there was a small airport where the smaller jets with terrorists would fly in for ski season or whatever. I would go up there and have them fill up a 5 gal. bucket with jet fuel for my heater, cleanest burning stuff was great.....today, not affordable.
