Hey folks. I just had 2 spots open up on my main lease in Christian County, Kentucky. The 350 farm is a mixture of timbered draws, woodlots, and CRP fields. Also, there is an adjoining 90 acre timbered tract that is left as a sanctuary. Generally, there are crops adjoining 3 sides of our property. There is only 1 farm between us and the Western boundary of Pennyrile WMA. The people that hunt that farm are all about a good deer as much as we are. We have no size limits, but be particular about which buck you shoot, as you will be done buck hunting for that year once you put him on the ground. If you're happy with it, we'll be happy for you.

There will be 5 total members on this lease, including me. The cost is $1,800 per person. Each member will be expected to sign a release waiver that will be signed by the owner and turned over to his insurance. You will receive a signed copy in return. This lease is for the exclusive right to hunt from 6/1/2026 until the last day of May, 2027.

Over the years, I've had the distinct pleasure of hunting with several members of TnDeer on this farm, and I look forward to continuing that tradition. Please PM me with a contact number and I'll gladly answer any questions that you might have. Thanks for your interest.
