my buddy catching a slot red on a flyrod. The red I was after needed glasses! Swirled on it but no connection. It's only going to get better as fall comes in.

I don't have my boat down so figured it's a good time to learn some new wading spots. Was going this afternoon but Atlantic #1 ( whatever that is ) dumped lightning & rain.

Caught a rat red yesterday. Bigger ones around but getting to them in the pluff mud with an artificial knee just ain't worth it.
