Recently picked up a JM stamped glenfield model 75 22LR super clean rifle, manufactured in 1972. has a brand new feed tube. curious to how reliable an accurate vs the JM stamped Marlin 60. Tossing up the idea of selling it or I have 2 model 60s. curious of other ppls encounters

Well a 795 I thought was a mag fed rifle, I own a 7000 which is a heavy barreled version, and it dates a lot newer than that. not sure what you have

I see now your title has a xtra number in it, the only way to tell is test shoot it and see which is more accurate, have had many 60's over the years and all have been great guns, the 7000 I bought new is my goto rifle for 22 long rifle,

Marlin's have always been the best 22 I could afford as a young whipper snapper, have a ruger 1022T that will drive tacks also but 2 times as heavy as my 7000
