Sorry to laugh, but I understand when I killed those birds in GA I thought I would die before I got to the truck. It took hours for me to completely warm back up.

You're on a private farm just get up and go, the jakes will look at you and wander off to the other side of the field, they're not like birds I have to deal with that can read my mind inside 50 yards

A dog ran through the field and saved me. Got out soaking wet and had a tom in full strut in a field on the way out. I was so cold and wet I didn't even care just kept on rolling. Finally in warm clothes but still have that cold feeling. Gonna warm up and head back out
