Annual KHFAC day this Oct. 25: https://www.kidshuntingforacure.org/ KHFAC is a Lincoln County yearly operation organized by private people with the assistance of the local TWRA game warden. A parent/adult with a kid goes out to hunt on landowners volunteering their property for the day.
I've had them at my place twice now. Both were successful in the morning. I'm not sure about this year; the number of fawns, deer and fawns I've not seen this year is depressing. Last year: tons of twin fawns and even two triplets. This year: one or two fawns, that's it.
