How'd you cook it? I just cut one breast up and put it in buttermilk. Gonna bread it and add some lemon pepper seasoning before baking it to see how that turns out.

Marinated in Italian dressing, wrapped in bacon with a slice of jalapeño in the middle, and then grilled. Had these last week from my son's bird and again tonight from mine. Almost as good as hearing one gobble.

I'm going to make a giant batch of cold smoked snack sticks when I get home. Did that for the first time with deer back in Feb, and those things are amazing and sustain me while fishing or hunting. I go lean.... 1 part pork trimmings to 8 parts wild game.
