Is type 094 needed for a landowner?

Hello, my cousin owns land in putnam co and hunts there from time to time, does he need to purchase a type 094 to hunt during the antlerless gun segment this december? I realize its required for me as non landowner but he didnt want to get into trouble if he shoots a doe in a few weeks when legal. On a second note as putnam co resident and hunter near the smith co line, we really appreciate the doe opportunity this year, nothing more frustrating than being surrounded by deer that aren't legal to shoot when trying to fill the freezer so were grateful. Any ideas yet if that will be expanded on for next year? Thanks

Not twra, but as long as he has the land owner exemption he does NOT need the type 094.

A type 094 is not required if hunting under the landowner exemption statute.

They will evaluate the 2015-16 regs in the upcoming season setting process.
