Is this normal ?

Pulled my hub that I replaced the bearings in the other day since it was still getting hot.
This wire spring looking thing fell out.
Wondering if that was normal lol

Just put a new hub complete with bearings in so we will see how this goes.

^^^^ What they said. Either the spindle nut wasn't tight enough allowing the wheel/hub assembly to wobble and eat the seal or you have a spindle problem that ate the seal up.
