is this a Golden Shiner?

I caught this in Garrett Lake, I've never caught anything like it before. As best I can tell it appears to be a golden shiner?

I caught one of these this weekend off of a cricket. First time I've caught one, wasn't sure what type shad it was.

I Immediately Grab a jug and tossed him out. Turtles got to him pretty quick. I also caught on of those on a cricket.
