I was looking on the twra website and it said coyote was open year round no limit, then it has a tab to another page on the website about equipment regulations where it states that it is illegal to use a centerfire rifle to hunt coyotes during deer season.

If so is it legal to see a coyote from the deer stand and shoot it?

Would it be illegal to go to the deer stand wearing orange and licensed and legal for deer hunting will my 243 and a predator call?

If you are a legal deer hunter (proper licenses and blaze orange) you may shoot a coyote with centerfire weapons. Adding a predator call to the mix would be legal.
