I killed a good deer this year that I thought was a 3.5 yr old or at the most 4.5 . I had no pictures of him all year and had one short video a week before I killed him so I didn't have much to go off of . He was so heavy it took me a few hours to get him out so by that time I couldn't look at the jawbone . Well I procrastinated and just got the jawbone back and wow was I suprised .
I believe he is a deer we had pictures of last year that showed up at the end of the year (I hadn't made that connection yet because he would have gotten about 10" smaller " ). I will post some pictures once I figure it out for sure . Here are the pics of the jawbone . I'm thinking 6.5+ . Not bad for only having this property for two years , we have killed 2 bucks 6.5+ in two years .
