I'm still up

It's just after 11:00PM and I'm still at it.

I'm making some ABT's for a party Saturday. So far I've made 36 and I still have over 25 more to go. I'm taking a break for a few minutes, I'm hoping to finish by midnight.

I've got some work to do tomorrow and then go to a cousins get together tomorrow night. So I'll have to get up early Saturday to smoke the ABT's for the party that afternoon.

I'll try to get some pictures Saturday.

Here's the first bunch before going in the smoker, in the smoker and finished. I still have 2 more sets to go with the same number of ABT's.

Cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, granuated garlic, granulated onion, pulled pork, dry BBQ rub, olives, 2 small pices of fruit, bacon and one secert ingredinet I will take to the grave with me.
