I have an old slate, glass on top and slate on the bottom. I am not even sure what brand it is but I've had it for about 7 or 8 years. Its fooled several old long beards. Plus, its like carrying two calls in one!

Pittman Black Diamond or Woodhaven Red Wasp

Pittman's Black Diamond is a very good call. I also like Pittman's Champion's Choice mouth call, single reed, softer sounding call, worked well on some old mtn. birds.

K&H silver queen with my custom cedar striker,.. that combo makes for a sweet, dark rasp sound with great purrs that has not failed me yet to get a gobble.
I also have a custom red beard glass over osage orange that is a VERY close 2nd. He makes some DANG nice sounding calls.
