I don't typically pay much attention to "viral" recipes I see, but this one caught my eye and it was actually quick and tasty. Frozen pork dumplings cooked in coconut milk, Thai chili paste, rice vinegar, soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and ginger. I threw some bok choy in there, too. Served it along rice and shredded cabbage with some chili crisp on top. I'd do it again.
